is a write off as had another fit last night, but still not a great issue when thinking of the triumphs of our amazing paralympic team and the obstacles they have triumphed through.
But wanted to share this photograph of last nights sky... stunning cloud formation, could almost be the sea!

Hope you are feel better soon, I don't have any experience of anyone with epilepsy so can't imagine what you, or who you are with at the time it happens, go through.
Take care and love to you,

Very sorry to hear about another fit in such quick succession to the last. Must be totally exhausting, not to mention frustrating when everything else has been tracking along so much better.
Loved the night sky. I'm in love with skies - where we live on a ridge in forested country we have constantly changing sky views. Early Spring here and that means westerly winds and the most amazingly "artistic" cloud patterns against deep blue skies.
Enjoy your enforced day off.

Thank you both for your thoughts, it is not a biggie, just something which raises it's grotty head on occasions and reminds me to go slow and to only take on one dragon a day! Gordon, I have some more photos of the sky here. Where MOMD lives, there are always breath taking sunsets, I will post one for you.
Much love x
